Operation Procedure of Electronic Fuel Injection System(EFI Mode)l

1. Find out the fuel return hose, disconnect it and plug it with suitable adapter
2. Find out the fuel inlet hose, disconnect it and connect it with the outlet hose of the cleaner with proper adapter
3. Connect the outlet and return hose of the fuel tank, and open the tank cover; if there is not return hose, please move the fuse of the fuel pump so that the pump will not work
4. Charge the cleaning fluid into the tank of the cleaner
5. Connect the air source power to the air port of the cleaner, adjust its pressure 40-50PSI
6. Check all connect point to make sure there is not leakage
7. Start the engine to clean the fuel system

Carburetor Fuel System

The connection ways for carburetor fuel system is same to electronic fuel injection system. But the pressure in carburetor fuel system must be 0.07~0.35 kgf/cm2

Throttle body and Exhaust Pipe Flushing

1. Pour the Throttle Body detergent into the bottle, and close the Ball Valve of the fuel outlet pipe.Open the ball valve of the air inlet port and connect to the compressed air. Adjust the air pressure to about 0.5MPa（5kgf/cm2） and then close the Ball Valve of air inlet port.
2. Connect the spray nozzle kit to the fuel outlet port of the CFS
3. Remove the pipe ahead of throttle before flushing
4. Put the spray nozzle kit in the throttle body as shown and start the engine. And then open the Ball Valve of fuel outlet port
5. Keep the engine speed up to 1000 rpm and press the accelerator every 3~5 minutes to make the engine speed up to 2000 ~ 3000 rpm and keep this state for 30 seconds. Then keep idle speed.
6. Do the flushing procedures as above until exhaust the detergent
7. Reconnect the pipes and initialize the throttle

TWC Converter Cleaning Pour the TWC detergent into the bottle. Open the Ball Valve and Air Pressure Regulating Valve to keep the air pressure as zero. Connect the TWC Flushing Kit to the output pipe of the CFS Disconnect the Intake Vacuum Pipe which near the throttle and insert the TWC Flushing Nozzle into Intake Vacuum Pipe Start the engine, and open the Ball Valve slowly which be sure to make the detergent into engine vacuum pipe very slowly. The flushing process needs about 30 or 40 minutes. Keep the engine speed up to 1000 rpm and press the accelerator every 3~5 minutes to make the engine speed up to 2000 ~ 3000 rpm and keep this state for 30 seconds. Then keep idle speed. Do the flushing procedures as above until to exhaust the detergent. Then stop engine and reconnect the vacuum pipe Start engine as idle speed for about 5 to 10 minutes to exhaust the detergent in the pipe	Intake System Cleaning The way of connection for Intake System Cleaning is the same as TWC Converter Cleaning.	The way to identify the inlet and return hose Generally speaking, inlet hose is bigger, return hose is smaller There is always a filter connected in the inlet hose side, and a buffer in the return side There is arrow on the hose to show the fuel flow direction

Engine with fuel-return pipe

• 1-CFS Cleaner；2-Engine；3-Connecting the plug；4- The fuel-outlet pipe of the CFS；5- Filter；6-Fuel-outlet pipe of engine；7- Fuel-return pipe of engine；8-Fuel pump；9-Fuel tank

1. Disconnect the fuel-outlet pipe（C、D） and the fuel-return pipe（A、B） of the engine, and select a suitable connector to separately connect the port B and port C to the plug and the outlet pipe of CFS.
2. Connect the left two ports (A, D) by a suitable pipe. Or unplug the engine fuel pump fuse, or disconnect the power cable of the engine fuel pump

Engine without fuel-return pipe

• 1- CFS Cleaner；2-Engine；3-Plug；4- The fuel-outlet pipe of the CFS; 5-Fuel tank；6-Filter;7- Fuel-outlet pipe of engine；8-Fuel pump

1. Disconnect the fuel-outlet pipe（E、F） of the engine, and select a suitable connector to connect the port E to the outlet pipe of the CFS
2. Block the other port（F）（Warning: just when the fuel pump being with overflow port）. Or unplug the engine fuel pump fuse, or disconnect the power cable of the engine fuel pump.

Cautions

3. Bind up the pipe as disconnect the pipe to avoid splash and fire
